DSA Builders was established in 1996 as a full service general contracting and construction management company focusing on high-end residential and commercial projects.

Using a hands-on approach both on site and off, each residence is meticulously built to receive the highest quality finishes. With extensive knowledge of high end finishes, millwork, metals and stonework, our use of shop drawings, samples and outstanding craftsmen ensure that our final products always exceeds expectations.

Mitchell Dennis
President and Founder, DSA Builders
As president and founder of DSA Builders, Inc., Mitchell Dennis brings 35 years of experience in the New York real estate and construction industries. Born in Toronto, Canada, Mr. Dennis has resided in New York City since 1983. Prior to DSA Builders, Inc., Mr. Dennis was President of a New York based construction management firm he established in 1991.
Mr. Dennis has 35 years of union and non-union construction experience, as well as affiliations in both. As he grew up in a family in the real estate industry, Mitchell understands the importance of long standing relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and trades. He has a tireless commitment to perfection and prides himself on developing, maintaining, and managing a construction crew. Accordingly, he has been able to build a business through referrals and endorsements from satisfied clients.
Mitchell Dennis has also developed The Forza Finishing System, which has the appearance and beauty of “Venetian plaster or stucco” but is achieved using a one step process.
Mr. Dennis holds a BFA in Design from the Parsons School of Design.
